Refund and Return Policy

At CJ Mod Garage, every steering wheel is handcrafted and custom made according to each customer's specifications. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Please contact us before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Order Cancellation

Before Production Begins

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if production has not started.

After Production Begins

Because each steering wheel is custom made to order, material and labor costs are incurred once production begins.

If you cancel after production has started:

  • A cancellation fee may apply
  • The refundable amount will depend on the production stage
  • Custom production costs may not be refundable

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Custom Made Products

All custom steering wheels are built according to the specifications selected by the customer.

Customization may include:

  • Carbon fiber finish
  • Forged carbon fiber finish
  • Leather or Alcantara material
  • Stitching color
  • 12 oclock center stripe color
  • LED display
  • Paddle shifters
  • Airbag cover customization
  • Other personalized options

Because these products are custom made specifically for each customer, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Customer no longer wanting the product
  • Failure to provide correct vehicle information

Fitment Confirmation

To ensure correct fitment, customers must provide accurate vehicle information before production, including:

  • Vehicle model
  • Vehicle year
  • Photo of the original steering wheel
  • Information about heated steering wheel, vibration, ACC, paddle shifters, or other special functions

If incorrect or incomplete vehicle information is provided by the customer, CJ Mod Garage is not responsible for fitment issues.

If We Make a Fitment Error

If the steering wheel does not fit due to our mistake, we will provide a suitable solution based on the situation, including:

  • Replacement parts
  • Product repair
  • Product replacement
  • Other appropriate support

Damaged Incorrect or Defective Items

Please inspect your package immediately after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the product
  • Video showing the issue if possible
  • A clear description of the problem

Our support team will review the case and provide a suitable solution.

Warranty Policy

All custom steering wheels include a 12 Month Limited Warranty.

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material defects
  • Carbon fiber defects
  • LED display defects
  • Workmanship defects

The warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation
  • Accidental damage
  • Abuse or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Damage caused during installation

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The wrong product was shipped
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

The product must be:

  • Unused
  • Uninstalled
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original packaging

Return requests must be approved by CJ Mod Garage before shipment.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping

If the return is caused by our error:

  • CJ Mod Garage will cover reasonable return shipping costs

If the return is requested for reasons not related to our error:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non refundable
  • Import duties taxes and customs fees are non refundable

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing usually takes 5 to 10 business days

The actual refund arrival time depends on your payment provider.
