We provide custom steering wheels and automotive modification parts for customers worldwide. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

Most of our products are custom made to order.

Production time usually takes:

10 to 14 business days

Complex custom designs may require additional production time depending on the material color LED configuration airbag cover paddle shifters or other personalized options.

Production begins after order confirmation and vehicle fitment verification.

Fitment Confirmation Before Shipping

Before production and shipment customers may be required to provide:

  • Vehicle model
  • Vehicle year
  • Photo of the original steering wheel
  • Information about heating vibration ACC paddle shifters or other special functions

This helps us confirm compatibility and reduce fitment issues.

Shipping Time

After production is completed estimated delivery time is usually:

8 to 14 days

Canada

8 to 14 days

Australia

Europe

8 to 15 days

Other Countries

Shipping time may vary depending on destination customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

Shipping Carriers

We usually ship orders through reliable international carriers including:

The final carrier may depend on the destination country package size customs requirements and product type.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped we will provide a tracking number by email or message.

Lost Packages

We will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier and investigating the shipment.

If the carrier confirms that the package is lost we will provide a suitable solution based on the situation.

Delivered But Not Received

If the tracking information shows delivered but you have not received the package please:

  • Check with family members neighbors or building staff
  • Contact the local carrier
  • Verify the delivery address
  • Contact us for assistance

CJ Mod Garage will help investigate but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier due to theft incorrect address or unattended delivery location.

Products With Airbags

Due to international shipping restrictions some products containing internal airbags may require special shipping arrangements.

Availability shipping cost and delivery time may vary depending on the destination country.

Please contact us before ordering if your product includes an internal airbag.
